This is the best store I have ever shopped at. The entire staff, especially Melissa, is amazing. They are knowledgeable, kind, and very patient. Every time I visit, they welcome me with a smile and always go above and beyond to help me. I have tried other places that my insurance covers, but I have never been happier than I am with LensCrafters—especially this location in Springfield, NJ. Thank you all!
Louis has been taking care of us for about 15 years. He is extremely kind and very knowledgeable about everything related to glasses. He always helps us choose the right frames, and we learn something new every time we visit. Thanks to him, our family has always received excellent guidance in selecting and properly adjusting our glasses. We can 100% recommend this store because of Louis.
I've been with Garden State Eye Group/Lens Crafters for a little over two years now. Everything was smooth sailing as usual. Dr. G and the staff were really attentive, helpful, and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions and concerns!
The customer service in-store and over the phone was excellent. The only problem is I still do not have my glasses due to an issue with the lab. Its been 16 days. I'm grateful I have an old pair of glasses to get through my days until the new ones arrive.
So I have been going to lens crafter in Springfield for year.Me and my 3 children.So we spend a good amount of money every time we go. Now,my youngest son Went for his exam and order is glasses, they say it will take 2 weeks time Pass so he called and they told him they had the lenses but they frame was not ready yet. So he waited another week and call again and the person told my son that his frames were shipped but she/he lied to his face because days after that he got a call saying the frames were discontinued.So he had to go in again ans choose new frames,so he did he got there and they told Him to wait ,he waited for an hour while they would take care of people that walked in after him and when he said something the person was very rude I wish I new their name.😡And at the end he just cancel the order. After that terrible service.That said I will not go back to Lens Crafters in Springfield and will find a a place that takes better care of its young customers. You do not treat your paying customers that way,we do not go there for free staff we pay a good amount of money for our glasses because we like the best. Again terrible experience for my son.
