I went into lenscrafter's to purchase new eyeglasses and wasn't sure what to get. The sales rep josette was very helpful, she was very patient with me. I was not sure what to get. She gave me plenty of choices to look at and also gave me a very good price to fit my budget. I will be coming back to this location in the near future, if I need anything else.

Dr. Rotondi conducted a thorough and precise eye examination, walking me through each stage of the process with clarity and expertise. He answered all of my questions thoughtfully, ensuring I fully understood my vision needs and available options. His professionalism, knowledge, and approachable manner instilled a great deal of confidence in the care I was receiving. Overall, my visit to LensCrafters exceeded my expectations. Josette was awesome! She helped me as soon as I walked in and was super attentive the whole time. She showed me different styles and always explained why certain frames looked better on me. She made the whole experience easy and fun. Great customer service—I definitely recommend her!

The staff at LensCrafters is amazing. They build customer loyalty due to their amazing customer service. I thought my glasses could not be fixed and ready to get a new pair. James didn’t just look to charge me for a new pair he advised me he can’t make any promises but ask if he can try to adjust arm on frame. Thank you James for making a bad day better.
