I had a wonderful experience at Advanced Vision Care Associates. The entire staff was welcoming and professional from the moment I walked in. Dr. Ivanna Grynyk is an outstanding doctor. She takes her time to listen, explains everything clearly, and genuinely cares about her patients’ eye health. The office is modern, clean, and efficient. You can tell they really value their patients here. Highly recommend Dr. Grynyk and her team!

Excellent service. Doctor spent a lot of time looking at my eyes and listening to me. The office is modern and clean. I have a number of issues with my eyes and have been to at least 3 other eye docs in the past 5 years in Brooklyn. This office is hands down the best.

Excellent and Friendly Staff. Dr. Ivanna Grynyk is the Best Doctor to see. She always asks questions and provides answers to ensure you leave the office well-informed and with all the necessary information. All the best to the team

This place is SLOW. Really slow. They even have a piece of paper posted inside the waiting room warning that a routine appointment can take 2-3 hours and it does. My first appointment was just slow, but when I went for a follow-up, I waited 1.5 hours to be seen. The service is fine, though.

My experience has been very different. Don't believe all the bad reviews. My husband and I have been seeing Dr Rosenthal for over 10 years and have been extremely happy. The office is clean the staff is extremely friendly. The doctor is very passionate and very sensitive to your feelings. Can you have a wait time? Yes, like any other good doctor worth waiting for. We never experienced rudeness and if I did I would have voiced it immediately. I'd recommend her to anybody any time. We love her like family!
