The Garden City location always has great customer service. Whether purchasing something or going to get something fixed, they are extremely helpful. It was such a pleasure working with Sonia. Lens Crafters were amazing. I didn’t purchase my glasses from here but my nose pads were missing. They were able to fix them free of charge I just donated to their charity. They were amazing!
Today I had an amazing experience at LensCrafters in Roosevelt field mall. Eilyn was absolutely amazing. She was very attentive, informative, patient and understanding. All the information was thoroughly explained so you knew exactly what your insurance was paying and what you were responsible to pay. My overall experience was great and the manager, Michael Muroff was very helpful and knowledgeable. Great experience if you ever need eyecare.
