I went in to inquire about a repair. Shahnaz and Jerry almost immediately said that it was a quick fix and would only take a few minutes. As I waited, I began to browse at frames and Shahnaz was fantastic! She quickly picked up on what types of frames I was interested in and curated a selection of about 10-12 frames that ticked all the boxes. This was extremely helpful. I was also impressed with how Shahnaz balanced her helpfulness with giving me time and space to try frames on and mull things over before I decided on a one. I then got a clear breakdown on price. There are no pushy folks here. Just helpful ones. Representatives like Shahnaz and Jerry are precisely why I keep returning to this store.

Jimmy was incredibly helpful. I came in looking for a very specific size, and he took his time helping me find exactly what I needed. It’s the kind of attentive, knowledgeable service you would expect from a specialty store, even though that level of service is no longer the norm. I really appreciated his help!
I had an amazing experience here! Filgia was absolutely spectacular—her customer service was top-notch, and she made us feel right at home. She is incredibly professional. If you want truly great service, make sure to visit this store at 1166B 6th Ave in Manhattan!
This was honestly one of the worst sales experiences I’ve had in a very long time. About a year ago in 2025, I went into LensCrafters to buy glasses, and the salesperson convinced me to get a second pair through what was presented as a special “buy one get one” type deal. The way it was explained to me was that after wearing the second pair for more than a year, I could come back with my receipt and get a brand new replacement pair at no extra cost. It sounded like a great deal, so I went with it. Fast forward a little over a year later, I came back to the store with the receipt, and suddenly the story completely changed. First they told me I “misunderstood” and that I had to come back within exactly one year. Then they told me it was never for a brand new pair at all — apparently it was only some kind of repair/replacement protection plan for the same glasses. That is absolutely NOT how it was sold to me. Looking back now, I was basically conned into buying not only an extra pair of glasses I didn’t really need, but also some additional protection plan that was never clearly explained for what it actually was. Instead of honestly describing it as a repair/protection plan, they made it sound like I’d be getting a completely new pair later on. That was the entire reason I agreed to it in the first place. It genuinely feels like they said whatever they needed to say to close the sale and get me to spend more money. Utterly disgusting sales practices. If they had honestly explained what I was actually paying for, I wouldn’t have bought any of it in the first place. Completely dishonest and unbelievably frustrating experience. My advice: question everything they tell you and get every detail in writing or on video before agreeing to anything!
Roger and Shabnaz were both so welcoming and helped me out with an issue I was having with my glasses. I feel they cared about my situation and walked out feeling very happy with the service I got. Thank you again.
