I loved the experience that I received upon my first time going. The workers were so patient and helpful. When I thought I had the perfect pair, Boris picked out another that was just what I was looking for. He was very joyful and made the experience very calm. Stephanie was also very helpful and gave excellent advice when I was stuck between what I wanted. The team in the back was also very kind and the doctor was very welcoming and warm as well. I would definitely go back and invite others to go as well.

Stephanie was amazing today! She helped us find exactly what we need. She was patient and friendly and answered all of our questions. And she found a way for us to save some money!

I did not expect to have the best experience ever at Lenscrafter. Everything from the no-wait time (ok, maybe I was lucky to have arrived when there was a lull), to Stephanie's professional and customer-focused approach i got two pair of glasses, and she thoroughly answered my questions sometimes more than once! I got to see Dr Barri, another unexpected bonus, whose chairside manners are impeccable. I was equally blown away by the technology, and the tech person's ability to get all measurements to get the lenses fitted in barely a blink of the eye! I am delighted with the experience, and look forward to a fruitful ongoing relationship with this store-- Lenscrafter at Macy's.

Told me my glasses would be ready in a week but it's been 2 and nothing. I've been calling the store to get a status no one picks up, at one point some one picked up and then hang up. One star is too much

Your associate Wallace is a true professional. He was able to assist me with multiple requests, in very little time. My transaction was seamless, and friendly. I enjoy coming to this location for their good mix of current styles and iconic brands make it an easy choice.
