The entire staff there is incredible. This was my first trip to this location. I cannot thank Tiffany and Kellie enough for their help. The second I walked in the door, Kellie greeted me with a welcoming smile and hello. She also helped guide me on where to go to get checked in at and kept checking in on me throughout the entire process to ensure I was doing okay and was finding something I was happy with. I’m extremely picky and Tiffany made sure to find me the exact pair of glasses that suited me best and was extremely patient regardless of how many questions or concerns I threw at her. She helped me stay within budget and still made sure I got all the selections I wanted and needed. Dr. Eidom was incredibly efficient, thorough and kind throughout the eye exam as well. I strongly encourage you to visit them for your next trip for some eye care needs!!

I came in about 10 minutes before closing needing my glasses adjusted, and the kind lady (I think her name was Rhonda) who helped me never made me feel rushed. She was friendly, patient, and took the time to make sure everything fit perfectly. I ended up coming back a second time to have my son’s glasses adjusted, and she was just as pleasant and helpful. It’s rare to find someone who consistently provides such excellent customer service. Her kindness and willingness to help, even so close to closing time, really stood out. Thank you for making both visits such a positive experience! 😊

Came in to order glasses and Rhonda was there by herself. while there 4 ir 5 other folks arrived to either pick up or pick out frames. Rhonda was great. never made me feel rushed to get to the next person in line, let everyone know as they vame in there was a wait bit she would be with them in approx "X" . She was very friendly, helpful and professional!

My entire family has been coming here for years. Well not anymore. Dr Karen Murray was the rudest most unprofessional person we have ever encountered in a clinic type setting. Please be aware things have changed here at Lenscrafters in midway mall. We will find a new location for all our eye exams, glasses, and contacts.
