This is for the failure of LDHD and not just one nurse. I get a phone msg after my office visit yesterday. do not get an email survey, do not have any access to a survey on my patient portal, no, like little kids, LCHD only sends a text message that just shuts off while i am doing it and cant get back to it. so i will leave it here. I did not get an actual office visit last time, your nurse lied and made up some BS story about a mandated wellness visit. I refused; she lied and said it was mandated. That is malpractice, in case you did not know? I have a right to say no and you have a responsibility to respect my NO. Since I did not get what I needed, I set up another appointment with someone on Middle Ave I have never seen. I only needed 3 blood tests, had names and even the number for one test. the receptionists where great, the first nurse i seen was great, then i seen the nurse and she got stuck on trying to talk me into nothing i came there for. i told her no, THREE TIMES. I screamed that i have a right to say no and you need to respect that NO. she babbled and kept talking about sending me to a specialist. i needed the blood tests, that is all I needed, and she just could not stop pushing product that have now said NO to 4 times. I screamed again that i came there for 3 blood tests and if she cant just do that let me leave i will escalate, she finally shut up about referring me to nobody i needed. I have been through 7 specialists that do nothing but try to talk me into taking the thyroid out. they respect the no but i still paid a co-pay to not be allowed to ask honest questions, as every answer is, "TAKE YOUR THYROID OUT." I told your nurse this but she was too busy trying her techniques on "How to shove extra profit up your patients' butts and never take a NO, just keep pushing like the scamming salesmen you are." p.s. she did get the 3 blood tests put in. have to give credit where credit is due.
