The customer service is amazing! Christine helped my family and I with all the formalities that comes with picking glasses/frames. She is so knowledgeable, patient and friendly! She even modeled some of the frames for us and gave us her best expert advise. She provided our family with such great service last year as well! You will be in great hands if Christine is there to help you along the way.
Ashley helped me with my original selection and was extremely patient. Ashley has helped my daughter in the past to find glasses that fit her properly which has always been a problem due to her petite face. Also, Christine was very kind and helpful getting my insurance worked out until Ashley could help me again. Like the professional she is, Ashley got everything in order and I can’t wait to get the new glasses. I would recommend both women.
Today at this location was different normally I’m there to have my grandson glasses adjusted and either Ashley or Christine gave him “A” one care always. But today it was my turn to receive the excellent care and that it was. Ashley help me from start to finish with my selection and I am very pleased to say it was great with no doubt I will continue to go there the entire team is great Michelle, Ron, Ashley, Christine are all great.
My husband and I went to all the usual places looking for new glasses for him including the wholesale membership required stores. The best experience was at Visionworks in Elyria where Christine helped us pick out 2 pairs of frames that not only fit my husband perfectly but also made him look even more handsome. We truly appreciated Christine's years of experience and expertise. The pricing was comparable but it was the customer service that will keep us coming back.
I've been forgetting to share this but it's only been about 2 weeks so it's fine. I went in for replacement glasses of similar design but I ended up getting a great deal on two pair instead. While assisted by Christine, I was convinced to get a pair for work and a pair for home and I feel like that'll work out perfectly. She also assisted in finding a suitable pair of frames as well. Couldn't have asked for better service.
