Here's the DEAL for you! Isabelle came to my rescue to replace the lenses in my eyeglasses. I had scratched one pretty good in the top corner by my nose. DO pay the extra $25.00 for the insurance on your new eyewear. Lens Crafters replaces BOTH lenses for that $25.00 insurance! I want to SAY THIS LITTLE THING .... 1. Enter the Store. period. 2. Request that you want to work with Isabelle.... If she is busy, Then you WAIT for her. Else If Isabelle is not in the store, Then ask when she is in. Exit the store. IsabellIe is a Team Lead. And, you will be very thankful you took my advice. Keith Carey Psalm 34, 42, and 51 Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I'm down for vacation and my 7 month old son managed to break my glasses. I stopped in since I purchased them at a LensCrafters back in Mentor within a year and they were still under warranty. Unfortunately, Ray-Bans have special nose pieces and need to be ordered, which would be a bummer. A'lek was able to figure out a temporary solution so I could still enjoy our time down here. Absolutely amazing service and her manager should be proud to have such a great employee!
I had a wonderful experience. Mo listened to what I wanted and pulled several pairs of glasses that fit my style. I hadn’t bought a new pair in years, and she was very patient while I took my time choosing. I ended up with a pair I’m really happy with. Mo was thoughtful, professional, and quick. I highly recommend this location.
loved the huge selection of frames here! staff was very kind and welcoming! shout out alek for all of her assistance with choosing the frames that best suited the look i was going for!
Yesterday, I had an exceptional experience at LensCrafters inside Macy’s. I visited hoping to get assistance with removing lenses from my son’s new frames that I purchased online, as I was struggling to do it myself. I was greeted by an amazing gentleman named Josh, who listened patiently to my issue and immediately offered his help. Josh explained that there was a risk of damaging the frames during the process, but I trusted his expertise and gave him the go-ahead. In less than five minutes, he successfully removed my son’s lenses from the new frame and replaced them with the prescription lenses, at no charge. He even cleaned the lenses before handing them back to me. The entire interaction was quick, professional, and stress-free. Josh’s customer service was magnificent. He demonstrated skill, efficiency, and genuine care for the customer experience. If I could, I’d give him a raise! LensCrafters is lucky to have such a dedicated team member.
