Rachel is incredibly friendly, beyond helpful and accommodating, knowledgeable and skilled. She went above and beyond to help my mother with her glasses. Great experience with the store. Had to wait just a little while while they were helping other customers,once it was my turn Peggy was wonderful. Her suggestions helped narrow down the decision for my glasses. So professional and caring. Will ship again when needed.

I was very pleased with Dr. Justin. I was also very pleased with the staff at the Drs. Office. I was very pleased with Peggy my consultant on choosing my frames and explaining everything that was available for ,y new glasses.
