Thank you, Mike M! You restored an heirloom! I went into the Clackamas Town Center location with the hope that my late father’s Vintage Ray-Ban Sunglasses could be repaired. They were bent up from poor storage, and the lens would not stay in the frames. The metal is thin, and this model has a double hinge mechanism, making self repair too risky for me to attempt. Mike M. was able to diagnose the issue and reshape them into functional shades, which is impressive due to their age and the condition when I brought them in. I tried multiple jewelers and other eyeglass retailers, but a kind person referred me to this location where my needs were met beyond expectation. I am extremely grateful that I can wear them after all these years.

I was in your store yesterday and worked with Spencer. He was able to get a couple of things squared away with some lenses I ordered for Meta glasses. I want to say that this was one of the best customer service experiences I've had in a long time. Thank you so much!

The entire glasses buying experience was very pleasant and extremely efficient. Mike, the manager was super friendly and a no-nonsense kind of guy. There was none of the extra "sale-sy-ness" that I was ready to battle. In and out in half an hour and three days later the glasses. The fit and finish of the frames/lenses was perfect. It was a smooth process! I filled out my forms online so check in didn’t take long. The staff made me feel comfortable and like I was their priority.
