Debbie & Edwin were literally amazing I brought my gucci glasses there to get fixed !!! They didn’t charge me and replaced the screw nd cleaned them up within 15 minutes!!!! Thank you
The ladies inside are amazing and very helpful. My dad was concerned and we had our problem solved in 2 minutes. What a fanatic staff and very welcoming! Would comeback in a heartbeat. Will recommend to all people needing glasses fixes or adjustments
My 20 year-old daughter is currently at this location, 45 minute wait for an 10:30 appointment she’d scheduled ahead of time. Apparently, the store is taking older adults ahead of her, even though she was there 15 minutes ahead of her scheduled appointment time. Drywall tomorrow I’m sure that 800+ dollars she will be spending on contact lenses will be accepted quite promptly!
Tanya (employee there) was sooooo extremely patient and kind to me. I have a lot of anxiety around picking out frames due to they can feel good in the store but after wearing them for hours you realize they might not be a good fit. We no longer have a Lens Crafters in Lebanon anymore so we are a good drive a way. I was so undecided and throughout it all she remained patient, professional and empathic to my situation.
