This was my first time coming to them. My brother suggested them so I thought I'd give it a go. The staff was friendly, they helped pick out frames that were more to my liking and best fit my face as far as shape and color. They answered my questions and were thouruogh when explaining the charges. Best experience at an eye exam I've had in a long time.

I went in January to get an eye exam because I needed a new pair of glasses. After the exam and some searching, I found two pairs of frames that I liked and that fit my budget. I paid around $600 dollars in total for everything. They never called me to let me know they were ready. It was almost a month and a half later when I went to pick them up, due to several unexpected events that prevented me from going sooner. They handed me both pairs, but one of them was wrong; I could not see well and my vision was blurry. I left that pair behind and took the other one with me. However, when I started using them, I began to feel unwell, experiencing dizziness and severe nausea. When I visited the doctor, I realized that taking off the glasses stopped the symptoms; the glasses were making me sick. I took them back, but they claimed that everything was fine according to their standards. I told the receptionist that something was definitely wrong with those glasses, but what she did next shocked me the most. Previously, around October or earlier in 2025, I had visited and brought my own external prescription. I saw her look up that old 2025 prescription in the system and copy it onto a sheet of paper to send my brand-new glasses for repair. I find this to be an absolute lack of professionalism. To this day, now in May 2026—almost 5 months later—they still have not responded. I do not know what happened to my glasses or if I lost my money, as they do not even call. What a complete lack of professionalism. I just want a full refund of my money, which is a significant amount, for the terrible service they provide.
I was honestly, pleasantly surprised. Went for first eye exam in years and to purchase glasses. My insurance only covers the exam so I was EXTREMELY nervous I couldn’t find anything under $100. I ended up spending $75 i believe in total. The staff was professional, personable and very helpful. Found gorgeous big frame that fit my face beautifully and I thought for sure when I looked at the price I was going to cry lol only to find the frames were on sale from I think around $80-100 range for $39.99! I will definitely go here again. Plan to get a second pair soon when I go back for my Batman eye glass case lol also super affordable at $10.99 with lense cleaner and cloth wipe. It’s the simple things for me!
I find it very disappointing that in the ABE area—where a large portion of the population speaks Spanish—this facility does not have staff available who can effectively communicate with non‑English speaking customers. The level of professionalism at this location is also concerning. The three representatives that my mom interacted with were discourteous and lacked basic customer service skills. In a business that serves the public daily, it is essential to treat customers with respect and demonstrate a willingness to assist. There are many available options for language support, yet instead of offering any form of assistance, my mother was told to cancel and reschedule her appointment due to the language barrier. This is unacceptable and shows a lack of effort and inclusivity. I will be escalating this matter to corporate, as significant improvements are needed in both customer service and language accessibility.
I've always gone to America's Best, and I'd say it's the best. They're always quick and very friendly. I was talking to Ramy and she was amazing. Also their glasses selection is top tier. Theres all different types of glasses, and I always pick ones out that I end up loving and keeping for years without any problems.
