Eyeland Optical

This is my second time coming to Eyeland Optical at MacArthur, and unfortunately, I had another unpleasant experience with the receptionist, a middle-aged woman with blonde hair. She was not very welcoming or polite and seemed to have an attitude when I was asking questions. Some of her responses even came across as sarcastic, which made me feel uncomfortable.It’s really disappointing because the front desk is the first impression you get when you walk into a place. You should feel welcomed and comfortable asking questions, not like you’re bothering someone. I hope they can improve the customer service at the front desk because experiences like this really make you not want to come back.
