Warby Parker - Lehigh Valley

Had a great experience at Warby Parker today getting my new glasses and lenses. The staff was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the whole process. They took the time to answer all my questions, explain the different lens options, and help me find frames that worked best for me. The whole experience felt welcoming and stress-free. Highly recommend if you’re looking for quality service and a team that genuinely knows what they’re doing!

I accidentally deleted my other review but I wanted to express that I had my eye exam and got my glasses and contacts prescription done at a different Warby Parker location…. and I was planning on buying my glasses there later that week, but honestly I wasn’t super thrilled with the service. Since I was back in my hometown, I figured I’d finally check out the Lehigh Valley location….it’s been a long time coming! I’ve been a fan of Warby Parker for a while.. ever since I learned about the company’s history and commitment to quality, I’ve loved the brand. But Tiyana really made my experience today. She eased all of my worries about ordering new contacts and glasses. I had done a little research on the frame I wanted, and she helped make the whole process so easy. I could tell she really knew the product, and she was ready to help from the second I walked through the door. As a fellow retail employee, that’s something I always notice and really appreciate. Thank you so much, Tiyana. 🩷 I’ll definitely be back when my new Arlo glasses come in! And I still think you should get the sunglasses version for yourself!! you’d wear them so well. 😊

We have used Warby Parker for several years now. The customer service is great! They are quick and efficient and always very friendly! They make getting new glasses and contacts so easy and you cant beat the price! My daughter loved her last pair so much we brought them back to have the lenses updated and they are still in great shape! Highly recommend!

I had a great experience here. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I worked closely with Chelsea her product knowledge and charisma Meant a lot to me, especially with trying out a new eyeglass place. I also appreciated her building value in Warby Parker‘s reputation. Finding out that every purchase I make a pair of glasses is donated to someone in need warmed my heart. I was so moved by the origin story of Warby Parker and their philanthropic spirit I ended up purchasing four pairs of glasses. Chelsea‘s very encouraging to feel confident in your glasses, Step outside your comfort zone in style, and enjoy your time doing it. 10/10 experience if I could give more stars I would.

I had my eye exam at Lenscrafters’s and after choosing a frame the price came to $740 for frame and lenses. (No ins) Warby Parker also had a nice frame with the same lenses available for $450. The staff was very helpful and we were done in less than 30 minutes. And I don’t have to go back to pick them up. They are shipped to my home. Awesome stuff.
