Doctor M was absolutely fantastic and vastly knowledgeable in his field of practice. Best O.D that I have had by far and made me feel very comfortable. The staff were wonderful and the facility was very clean. Lots to choose from when it came to glasses and even sun glasses. I look forward to my next visit!
Brennan and Melissa were ANAZING today. I walked in this morning before work to check out the Meta Ray-Band and was greeted by Melissa. She was wearing a huge smile and gave me warm welcome. After explaining to her what I was looking for and how I wanted to move about things she got right to it. I found the perfect pair of Metas but had to rush to work so I promised to come back during my lunch break. When I returned Melissa was on her lunch break as well but I was greeted by Brennan who again was wearing a huge smile and greeted and asked me if she could help. After I informed her of my purpose there she then explained that Melissa was on break and that she wouldn’t mind helping. I’m grateful that I took her up on her offer. She was kind, professional and funny, all the things any shopper would love. She finished up my sale and I left extremely happy. I would so recommend Lens Crafter @ Ross Park Mall to everyone.
Jes at LensCrafters at Ross Park Mall was amazing. She’s very knowledgeable, respectful and just a great individual. I recommend if you need any eye wear or any eye wear fixed, Jes is the person to see.
Melissa was helpful with explaining the process of obtaining lens and frames from a prescription I received from another office. She helped navigate through insurance barriers then explained the different benefits to me. She was able to take my feedback to find a style that fit what I was looking for and then offered additional options at different price points. All with a fun and positive attitude!
Greeted by Jackie upon entering the well kept and appointed store at Ross park mall. Allowed us time without pressure to make our selections. Kathy completed the transaction efficiently and professionally. Calculating the best way to combine the stores sales promotions. Friendly and thorough in her explanations and recommendations. Great experience
