The Exton store is my new "go to" for family and friends. I recommend it to EVERYONE. The employees are super helpful and friendly. They have great insight into what frames look good on people. The store has so many options for frames that it would be impossible to not find a pair. Zach was very helpful and I have brought others in there to work with him. Ruthann, the store manager, is also amazing. The whole staff is welcoming, patient and willing to help customers.

I wanted to take a moment to recognize the outstanding customer service I received from the team at LensCrafters Exton. Although I expressed my issue late in the day, with only about 20 minutes remaining before closing, the staff took the time to listen to my concerns and work through my issue. Not only were they able to quickly pull up my prescription, but they also built my glasses on the spot. Their professionalism, willingness to help, and commitment to customer satisfaction truly exceeded my expectations. I can’t thank the team enough for going above and beyond to assist me, especially so close to closing time. Experiences like this remind me why I chose to do business with LensCrafters in the first place. I knew I made the right decision, and I will gladly continue to recommend them to others. Had a great experience at this location. ZACK was the ultimate professional. Knowledgeable trustworthy understanding.AIDEN was also very helpful professional and courteous. They went out of their way to make sure me and my fiance were taken care of.Even to the point that they did not have in store the frames that I wanted but one of their Associates IMRAAN volunteered to go to the King of Prussia location to pick up my frames to satisfy the sale. Awesome work gentlemen!!!!!!

Dr. Shereen Hakki took the time to answer my questions and made it clear she truly cared about my experience as a patient. That level of attention made all the difference and is what will keep me coming back. Zach was also incredibly helpful in selecting my glasses, especially in working with my budget and insurance while still helping me find a pair that truly fits my style and face shape. The entire visit felt thoughtful and guided, not rushed. What stood out most was the human connection throughout the process. This felt like real relationship building, not just another appointment. That is rare, and it is why I will be returning.

I went into LensCrafters to try on sunglasses frames before my upcoming appointment in a few weeks. It’s always a long process trying to choose so I thought I’d get that part out of the way. Imraan was very helpful as far as what frames would and wouldn’t work with my prescription and then let me take my time trying different ones. When I showed him what I picked out he put my selections in my account for future reference but then said he could check for an exam appointment today if I was free. He double checked my insurance to be sure the timing was correct so it would be covered, which I appreciated. The whole process was seamless and he was very professional and easygoing. All in all a great experience!
