Loved my experience coming here! Made an appointment and got in quick! Came early and was seen early, wonderful very experienced store reps and eye doctor! Can't wait for my new frames to come in!!

Everyone was absolutely spectacular! Dr. McAndrew addressed my concerns with care and was very thorough. Becky was a delight on the phone, very friendly and so knowledgeable. Jordan has amazing energy, she told me exactly what to expect during the testing before I saw the doctor and even cleaned my glasses for me in between! And last but certainly not least Todd! What can I say about Todd accept that I would have been drowning without his knowledge and guidance! Even the folks I didn't interact with were welcoming and kind! I can't imagine wanting to go anywhere else

Jordan was very helpful and friendly when I went in to order contact lenses. I also needed help fixing my glasses frame due to a loose screw and she went above and beyond by not only fixing the frames, but also cleaning my glasses and having me try them on a few times to adjust my nose pads for me.

I was recently assisted by Jordan in selecting new glasses and sunglasses. Although she was new, Jordan was very knowledgeable about the available frames and their features. She was genuinely concerned that I was happy with my choices. I found her to be very friendly and confident. She’s a very positive addition to your staff!

Racially inflammatory comments made by one of the attendants" that's the Mexican" also I requested catalog or brochure to choose my request was ignored ; Apparently want to sell you the ones they want not the ones you will like!!!!. I was interested in the Brunello Cucinelli brand but they were not accessible for the public or customers to see, I had to choose other ones.
