Leading Edge Eyecare

I had a very disappointing experience at this eye care office. The environment felt unprofessional from the moment I walked in. Several staff members openly discussed personal drama and even politics in front of patients, which is incredibly inappropriate for a medical setting. Instead of feeling cared for or welcomed, the atmosphere was tense, cold, and uncomfortable. On multiple occasions, I witnessed the staff tolerating extremely inappropriate and disruptive behavior from certain patients, which made the waiting area feel unsafe and unpleasant. Rather than maintaining a respectful and comfortable environment for everyone, the staff seemed to enable the behavior, leaving other patients to sit through conversations and situations that absolutely should not be happening in a healthcare office. Overall, this practice felt toxic, disorganized, and very unwelcoming. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a professional, respectful, and patient-focused eye care experience.

I came for my appointment today. I called earlier today that I maybe late. We have so many out due to illness. I couldn't leave work due to this. I was told it would be ok. I was 10 minutes late. I was told we would need to reschedule you a month and half out. I told them on the phone I maybe late.

Unprofessional ownership and staff, weird homeless guy was yelling profanity while I waited for my appointment and the front desk lady seemed oddly ok with it. Target Optical within a mile is far superior and has better selection.

My husband and I have both been going to Leading Edge Eye Care for quite a number of years. We have always had great eye care. We are always treated with sincere concern and are never rushed through an appointment. Dr. Sieber has been especially wonderful, very professional, and always kind. The rest of the office staff is always friendly and caring. We feel very well cared for in this office and highly recommend it to anyone needing eye care.

I was a patient here for 2 1/2 years & I thought they were really good until I needed emergency care because I had an infection in my eye. They fit me in right away but they seemed to be edgy because I needed to be seen. We got into a little quarrel when I told them the service desk woman was rude & she was talking badly making fun of other patients when I was in the waiting area. She then offered for me to no longer come if I wasn't happy, so I didn't. They asked me to pay my balance & never went back.
