Terrible to get ahold of and just mess with your time. I live over 40 minutes late got there right on the dot and had to wait almost 2 minutes for anyone to see me just to be told I was “late”. I had spent the past couple of weeks trying to call to confirm my appointment time because of course they don’t send any emails or reminder texts. So I not only wasted 40 minutes of gas I also had to miss an hour of work just to be turned away when I was not even told I needed to there 15 minutes early. Not even worth waiting TWO months for another appointment.

They have discount frames retail prices staff is very friendly glasses come back in a reasonable time and matter very friendly I would recommend family and friends anybody that needs glasses to go there especially if your insurance doesn't cover glasses if you need to pay out of pocket it's worth going to Walmart to get your glasses so you can pay under 200 or even less depending on your lenses for your glasses

I previously visited this establishment about 6 years ago, and the customer service was awful. The manager was not helpful or friendly, small selection of frames.. Decided to try them again because they were able to fit me in for an exam on the same day while everyone else is scheduling for JUNE. I was very pleasantly surprised at how friendly the staff was, i worked with the manager and her assistant, both women were helpful, courteous and truly seemed to enjoy working with customers, THIS IS KEY PEOPLE! Glasses came back quicker than expected and pricing was better than most places. I will definitely be returning, and I am glad i gave it a second chance

We had a very nice experience shopping in this eye center. Their collection of frames is very good and prices are reasonable. The place was not super busy on Saturday morning and I had enough time to try on different items and spend as much time as I need to find what works for me. Some frames were on sale, 50% off original price, and the second pair is 40% off. The Assistant manager was super polite and knowledgeable. 🙂👍❤️
