LensCrafters

Our last visit to the Providence Mall in RI was so amazing. The mall is getting alot better, with new stores now open. We both needed New glasses and stopped into LensCrafters. We ere greeted with Big smiles from Sophia and Elena. They both took care of us, and within one hour we purchased four pairs of glasses. the service was great, and the store is spotless. One week we go back to pick up our new frames and lenses. Thanks again Team. See you in a few days. Waaaaaaahooo to this store.

Elena was a superstar!! So sweet and explained everything throughly. She shows me prices and what my total would be with and without protection or blue light. very patient! Rob the manager was very helpful as well, I came in about two days before and he set me up for my eye exam and what would my next steps because I came in not knowing how any of this works but I knew I needed glasses, overall super amazing both of them!! But my girl Elena needs a raise!! Can’t wait to pick up my glasses!!

I had a great experience at LensCrafters. Elena helped adjust my glasses so they fit much better, feel more comfortable, and no longer slide down as easily. After the adjustment, my vision also felt clearer. She was very patient and professional throughout the process. I also want to thank Laura, who was very kind and helpful in guiding me to Elena for the adjustment.

Great experience with Mrs. Yelena, the optometrist. She was very friendly and helpful throughout the entire visit. She assisted me in choosing the correct lenses for my glasses and made sure everything was taken care of. She explained everything clearly and made me feel comfortable. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a caring and professional optometrist.

Great experience at the LensCrafters store! This year would have been my third year with you guys but unfortunately i will not be returning. The receptionist at Jewell Eye Optometrist was so unprofessional. I’ve never in 44 years of my life felt so belittled. I made it clear that I was hard of hearing and I have issues with processing information. I just really needed her to be patience with me. Thankfully my insurance company was on the call when this individual hung up on us after asking her what her name was. She left both myself and insurance company speechless. Insurance company thought it was best to take my business somewhere else. With the help from them, I found a place that is understanding and appreciate my business. I have reached out to you guys to make a complaint and have not heard back. Because of how unprofessional this woman was, I will not be returning.
