I have been using LensCrafters in Murfreesboro for several years after my daughter, who has exceptional taste, recommended it. I have enjoyed and appreciated every visit. My most recent visit was to choose a new pair of glasses and reorder contacts. Jessica was extremely helpful, and her professional guidance allowed me to select a new frame that I’m excited to receive soon. The support and kind service are second to none. Thank you.

Kena at Lens Crafters was incredible! She was very patient with my wife and I. We both got prescription glasses as well as new sunglasses for a great price! Then, she took my old pair of very dirty glasses that I was wearing and cleaned them. I can see again out of them lol. Great experience!

I had such a great experience at LensCrafters! From start to finish, everything was smooth and stress free. Scott was incredibly helpful and kind. He took the time to help me pick out a pair of glasses that were within my budget & exactly what I was looking for. He checked my insurance benefits against the in store sales to make sure I was getting the best deal. I really appreciated how thorough and thoughtful he was throughout the entire process. On top of that, Jessica prepared my glasses so quickly — I was able to get them the same day I ordered them! I couldn’t have been more thankful for how efficient and professional the whole experience was. Grateful for the customer service that went above and beyond to meet my specific needs that day. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this location!

My experience at LensCrafters was a pleasant experience. The associate, Shikena, provided detailed information about the frames and lens. In addition, she expressed a professional and extremely nice personality. Not only was she willing to assist my husband and me, but she showed patience and gave honest opinions about the frames. I appreciate her kindness!
