I had a terrible experience at this lens crafter store in the galleria. The STORE MANAGER, Riley and ASSISTANT MANGER were extremely, extremely rude and unprofessional to me and my finance. We were in there asking questions about a warranty on my meta glasses. We were polite and respectful. The altercation started with the assistant manager I was asking question about my warranty she was extremely rude and dismissive and literally walked out of my face and went back into her office mid conversation. So I asked one of the sales associates to get the manager. Riley (store manager) took her time coming out to a customer complaint. Once she finally came out I simply stated In the most respectful way that the assistant manager was extremely rude and unprofessional and that is not how you treat customers. This is a retail store so I would think customer service would be at the upmost importance to the company. Mid conversation she literally cut me off yelled at me pointed her finger in my face and told me to get out of her store. Which I did, so now I am here to make a complaint. I will also be leaving some on Google. Hoping that no one ever spends another dollar at that store. Whoever is in charge or overseas that store needs to seriously look into who they have hired to represent the company I am extremely offended and seek some type retribution or action taken. There is no telling how many customers or employees she treats like that. I would like a response/follow up on this matter. Or I will be taking this to the top of corporate and I will not let off until this is resolved. This is unexceptional and I nor my fiance tolerate this type of behavior for simply trying to get clarification on matter we were trying to gain insight on

I can't believe I was scammed at your store. I paid $980 for glasses that aren't even authentic Ray-Bans; I brought in my prescription to buy a pair of prescription Ray-Ban Aviators, and I just realized they aren't genuine—the lenses don't even have the Ray-Ban logo on them. I went to the store to ask why my glasses lack the logo when I paid for Ray-Bans; they sold me a product by leading me to believe they were Ray-Bans. I can't believe you're ripping people off!

Had a fantastic experience in here. Staff was immediately welcoming. Store was clean. Frame selection was phenomenal. I got to have the experience to be assisted by the store manager. She was super wonderful and amazing. She helped me find amazing frames that would fit me. Made feel genuinely welcomed and valued as a customer. Would definitely be returning to this Lens crafters in the future for my Frames/Glasses. Recommending this to all future customers, definitely my friends and family.

Had to make a stop by LensCrafters and I had a really solid experience. The manager of the store helped me out and made the whole process easy and actually enjoyable. She was patient, knowledgeable, and didn’t make anything feel rushed or forced. The store itself was clean and organized, The staff was polite and very professional, and everything moved pretty smoothly from the moment I walked in to when I left the store. Definitely one of the better customer service experiences I’ve had in a while.

horrible service simply picking up glasses. idk her name but one of the girls told me my glasses weren’t there after i got a text for pickup, go back the very next day and they were there the whole time. told her about her mistake and she barely acknowledged it and halfway apologized. wish I got her name so I could put it here and report her to management cause gas is too expensive to be going back n forth for simply stupidity.
