I had a wonderful experience today! The staff was very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. They took their time to answer all of my questions and made sure everything was clearly explained. I truly appreciate the excellent customer service and would highly recommend them to anyone. I would definitely come back again!
I have been to the LensCrafters Town East location several times and they never disappoint-Today my daughter and I had another great experience getting her eyeglasses! Brenda assisted us. She was very friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. She took the time to answer all of my questions and helped my daughter find the perfect pair of glasses. She listened to my concerns about a pair of glasses I recently purchased; she even adjusted them for a better fit. Excellent customer service from start to finish—I highly recommend them!
I had a great experience at LensCrafters when it came time to pick out my glasses. I was greeted right away, and Raymond, the store manager, made the entire process seamless. He took the time to clearly explain my benefits and carefully measured my glasses to ensure they were exactly what I needed. I never felt rushed and really appreciated the attention to detail and professionalism throughout the visit. Overall, such a smooth and fast experience from start to finish. Highly recommend!
Diana is a true representation of customer service. She is welcoming, engaging, and patient. Pure professionalism at its finest. Whenever there is a need or question, she steps in with no hesitation to facilitate. Always a pleasure to know Diana will do & provide what’s best for us and the reason we continue to come to this location for our eyewear needs. Thank you for always being the phenomenal person you are.
I have used lenscrafters for mane years with great success. However, my last two two attempts at getting glasses from them has been a nightmare. The glasses were never right. I just had a pair made and they are terrible. I'm going tomorrow to get a refund and go somewhere else.
