My visit today with Dr. Batool Kazimi’s office was great. I truly appreciated the human touch during my eye exam, especially since many other eye care centers handle visits virtually. Dr. Kazimi was very informative and answered all of my questions with genuine concern and care. I left feeling heard, supported, and confident about my visit. Also, Sandra was great in helping me with my eyewear. She was patient, attentive, and made the experience feel personal. Her customer service added an extra special touch to my visit. Overall, this was a wonderful experience from start to finish.

Lens crafters on westhiemer is a great place to go. The moment I walked in I was greeted with a smile. Heather showed patience letting me try on every pair of glasses until I found the perfect pair. The next week after my eye exam I went back and met another lady but I cant remember her name. She was very nice and helpful. She helped me get the best price for my glasses. About a week later I met Dominique. Soon as I walked in the door he was ready to help. Today I had to go in and get my glasses adjusted. Thats when I met Sandra. Sandra has excellent customer service also. She adjusted my glasses on the spot. I will be back next year!

Heather is amazing!!!!! Every time I come to this location I’m pleased with their collection and customer service. Heather took her time helping me find my old frames, and a new pair. Her patience is truly appreciated. Come check out their new location it is gorgeous!

We were welcomed right away when we walked in, and Heather greeted us with a warm smile. Her professionalism and deep knowledge of lenses and frames really stood out. She took the time to guide me through a few options and quickly recommended a pair that ended up being the most comfortable and flattering I’ve ever worn. Great customer service I had been frame shopping all morning until I came here to this location with Heather the manager and Ms. Macecilia and they were both awesome to the point I was done shopping. When I picked up my frames Dominick was very pleasant. Thank you all for the great experience and I appreciate the patience of Macecilia because I know I had 99 questions and I love my frames .
