I bought a pair of Versace glasses last year, and after only one year of normal use, the brand name on the frames has already started coming off. For a premium brand with a premium price tag, this is very disappointing. I’ve owned non-designer glasses that never had this issue. If the branding and finish can’t last a year, it’s hard to justify the extra cost. To make matters worse, LensCrafters has not been helpful in resolving the problem. Overall, this feels like a waste of money. I would have been better off buying a standard pair of glasses for much less. If you’re considering designer eyewear, be aware that the appearance and branding may not hold up as expected.

Five-star service from Charles today! I brought in my favorite pair of sunglasses that were missing a screw in one of the arms. I hadn't bought them at LensCrafters, but Charles immediately offered to assist. Within minutes, he fixed them up and then offered to give them a thorough cleaning. When he handed them back, I was blown away—they looked like a brand-new pair right out of the box. Working in retail customer service myself, I truly appreciate when someone takes the initiative to go above and beyond when they don't have to. Charles exceeded every expectation, and I'll definitely be back because of this experience!

Teara and Myah were polite and respectful. Let me choose my two glasses frames, letting me know which frames were good for bifocal, and a second for normal long distance viewing at home. They helped me with my insurance to get the best prices, and they gave me a half off offer for the Christmas holidays. I paid much less than my former employer’s optical at Target. I also want to thank Matthew the eye exammer for taking his time to get the prescription correct.

Shout out to Lens Crafter front liner Kelby! He is very professional and knowledgeable. He let us try the new meta ray bam glasses and he knows the products well. LensCrafters edge from other stores is they have different offers or discounts for those with triple A, VSP and other insurance. They can quote you on out of pocket cost or insurance they're in network with or have discounts on whatever choice of pay plan you need to purchase any of their glasses. They have an array of elegant rims and they have an optometrist with them for prescription glasses. Will come back and schedule my appointment asap!

Seriously incredible service. I recommend getting their LensCrafters protection plan. Even though my frame was no longer available for replacement (it was discontinued), Jose helped me figure out a solution and took care of me to find a suitable replacement. You can tell that the employees here care about their work. I cannot recommend this location enough. The protection plan pays for itself!
