I drove 3.5 hours to this Lens Crafters location like I have in the past without any problems and have NEVER been so disappointed and humiliated in my life. I was treated very poorly by management at this location. I end up paying $185.49 out of my pocket for some frames that I liked that Neveah assisted me with. Neveah was really sweet and patient with me the 2 ⭐ is for her.

I had a pleasant experience getting new glasses. The whole process took about a week. Unfortunately, I did not like the glasses (I have a strong prescription and my lenses are thick). The return process was simple - I brought them back a week later and a refund was processed.

Matthew was great! He helped us make sure we found frames that fit correctly, thoroughly explained all of our lense and payment options, and made sure we got the best deal for our glasses!

Clarissa was super friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful! I was informed during every step during the process of putting in the order for my glasses. If there were any add-ons, the purpose and their costs were explained clearly which I highly appreciate. No hidden costs or surprise fees! All other employees were occupied with customers of their own, but were very attentive and friendly during our visit.

Clarissa is absolutely amazing. She made a somewhat difficult situation wonderfully acceptable. Her smile and positive attitude are both great!
