I had a pair of ray bans that broke and needed new screws, went to another place that described a lengthy repair process and costed. walked in LensCrafters - Joanna was immediately so helpful, friendly, warm and willing to look at them even though they weren’t purchased here, then she fixed them in a few minutes and sent me off free of charge. She gave me such excellent customer service it sold me on giving them my business in the future. Y’all are awesome!

Cierra is the BOMB!! Excellent customer service, I genuinely thought I was speaking to the manager until she informed me she was only an associate. I feel like a promotion is needed!
