Went in to fill my lens cleaner bottle that was purchased from Oakley and was told there was free refills at Lens Crafters or Oakley. Note I have refilled multiple at this location, and was told straight to my face that I didn't by the store manager. I called customer service and they said yes it is correct they do fill them. Note it's $3.50 and this store manager wanted to argue about it and call me a liar. Yes I'm a senior citizen but no way to treat a customer. Unfortunately she told me to go to Oakley which is 30 miles away. I called them and they said come on down they will fill it. I Googled it right in front of her and it says yes they fill them for free. Corporate says they fill for free, Oakley says come on down. Don't meet very many rude here in Ogden. Very large bottle! Five stars for Brady at the Newgate Mall LensCrafters location! He was incredibly kind, attentive, and handled everything efficiency. My glasses were in really bad shape for a while, but Brady fixed them up perfectly in no time. Highly recommend seeing him for any eyewear needs!
The staff, organization of the store, and convenient location are worth it. They accept walk-ins, have the latest tech, and will allow you to try on as many glasses as you need. Huge shout out to Ms. Frankie, she was the face of my Lens Crafters experience and thankful to have had her as my service associate. Dr. Greg was cool too, he has a brilliant mind and passion for the study of the eye. He dialed in my eyes on the first try! I recommend this store. It is a turn-key premium solution.
Took my wife to ION for an eye exam today. She was impressed with the Dr and the very efficient exam process. While she was getting the eye exam done Sarah searched for some glasses my wife might like based on the discussion she has me with her before she went in for the exam. When the exam was finished, my wife was very happy with the pair that Sarah found for her. Since we were there, I decided to get an exam and new glasses as well. ION fit me in as a walk in. I was just as impressed with the Dr and efficient process. Max helped us both from there with proper measurement, ordering and finalizing the sale. He was extremely helpful, very courteous, friendly and competent. Great teamwork all around! Exceptional customer service from Sarah and Max…very much appreciated. Looking forward to when our glasses arrive and visiting the LensCrafters team again.
Called in a bit of a bind and needed a few Dailey lenses contacts. Explained my situation and requested an order. The gentleman on the phone went onto explain that I could only get daily lenses with a contact order and I would need to order 90 days worth of contacts. I was traveling through the city didn’t need to order that many and I just asked if I could pay for The dailies or if there was anything else in the shop that I can pay for to get her the lenses so my daughter would be able to see the dance floor in the morning while we were there for a dance competition. He told me that they do not sell the dailies without a full order and that that was their policy. He had zero compassion for the situation we were in and wasn’t willing to Help find a solution. His response was you should just call someone else. Sorry that’s our policy. Well, I did call someone else The eye pros in Ogden, the woman was so helpful and found a solution for my daughter so that she could dance in her competition first thing tomorrow morning. It’s such a disappointment when companies have policies over people there Can always be solutions. As a business owner myself I understand this 100% and work to always find ways to support our customers and help them with solutions. This company can do better.
