Walking me through my first prescription glasses purchase, Natalie at LensCrafters in Harrisonburg VA was a patient informative and diligent guide who listened well to my needs and concerns. I shopped elsewhere and yet LensCrafters was the best at giving me a big picture, then a detailed one for purchasing new lens and frames. Kudos to Natalie!

I am highly impressed with the service at Lens Crafters in Harrisonburg, VA. My daughter is a student at JMU and she broke her glasses and needed to get a new pair. She went in and ordered a new pair, and she needed High Index to thin her lenses which she received, but the lenses were still too thick. I called and worked with Amanda regarding the High Index, which she recommended going to the 1.74 High Index, and pleasantly worked with me to make it happen. I was so impressed with her customer service, and I highly recommend checking Lens Crafters out if you are in the market for new glasses. Excellent Service!!!!

I purchased a pair of glasses from this LensCrafters in 2023 & they had become quite misshapen/ uneven after three years of daily use. I went back just recently to ask for an adjustment & was assisted by Natalie, who gave me her undivided attention and described in detail the steps she was taking to get the frames re-balanced. I could not have been more pleased with the level of service I received. Thank you Natalie!!!

Natalie was a huge help! Very patient and very informative in regards to both helping me select frames and choosing options for lenses! Update: The first frames didn’t work out the best so I came back within 30 days and was able to swap frames and lenses with no questions asked. I was refunded the difference also.

I have been a customer here for many years for three reasons: the technicians are very knowledgeable and always helpful; the quality of the eyeglasses is superior; and the customer service is superb. I will continue to be a returning customer until these things change!
