My experience at LensCrafters was excellent, with great service at store 0299 on Montgomery Rd in Cincinnati. It was my first time shopping there, and I was very satisfied. Cameron, my salesperson, provided outstanding customer service, welcoming me with a friendly smile and assisting with all my needs. He smoothly handled my insurance details and made the process easy. I purchased Ray-Ban Meta AI glasses and had my prescription added. Cameron helped me choose the right glasses, making it a great decision. I highly recommend LensCrafters. The store's atmosphere is fantastic, with a wide selection. I will definitely return and consider getting my eye exams done there from now on. Thanks for the excellent service, Cameron.

This place was great, I came in on Memorial Day Monday 5/25 and this location in Kenwood mall had a very little wait time to get an eye exam I was there only 45 minutes max with the exam and selecting new prescription glasses which Marquis helped me select. The frames I wanted weren't in at the time but they were ready 3-4 days later instead of the the 2 week they said. Came Sunday in and was helped by store manager Tiffany who helped explain the Oakley Meta AIs to me.

I had my eye exam without having to dilate them and was impressed with their technology. Dr Valido and her assistant were very thorough and explained everything along the way. Then I met with Cameron to help me with getting my 4 pares of progressive eye glasses to 'work' better - thinking I would need all new lenses. I didn't even buy 3 of the glasses from Lens Crafters and have had issues with how they were working for several years. He knew immediately what needed to be done and they now all 'work' perfectly! Very impressed all around.

I was waited on as soon as I walked in. I told Freddie what I needed in a new pair of glasses. He offered me a bundle deal and pulled some frames from a maker I was familiar with. I found a pair I liked. He took measurements and wrote up the bill. It took less than an hour. I can't wait to get my new glasses. I've gotten my last 4 pairs from the Kenwood store and have always gotten great service.

Had the best experience with Tiffany at the kenwood mall store. She did the impossible— figured out a way to get my progressive lens into sunglasses with a special tint, quick turnaround, AND within budget. She is a problem solver, insurance guru and gives superb style feedback!
