I went in to get a new pair of glasses after a few years, and I was honestly a little nervous about how the experience would go. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and comfortable. Anamaria was so patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind while helping me find the right pair of glasses. She never made me feel rushed and took the time to answer all of my questions until I found a pair that I felt comfortable and confident wearing. She made what I thought would be a stressful experience feel easy and even enjoyable. I definitely recommend. THANK YOU!

Fantastic experience from start to finish! Dr. Sipple was extremely personable and took the time to get to know you all while performing a top-notch eye examination. Noah was also the best and was knowledgeable, helpful and patient. He helped me to find my perfect pair(s) of glasses. I never thought going in for an eye exam and glasses would be a fun experience, but thanks to the team at Westgate Optometry/Lens Crafters, I stand corrected. Thank you!

Excellent experience! The staff was so friendly and welcoming, and the eye exam was thorough and efficient. I had a great experience selecting new frames and getting my first pair of transition lenses. Noah took the time to walk me through the different lens options and explain the various tiers available through my insurance, which helped me feel confident in my decision. The other team members were also very helpful and offered great input while I was choosing frames. Overall, it was an excellent experience with a fantastic selection of frames and outstanding customer service. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for new glasses.

Noah was incredibly patient while helping me navigate my insurance coverage (or lack thereof 😅) and took the time to thoroughly explain the LensCrafters Plus program. Because of his help, I was able to get the frames I fell in love with while staying within my budget, even with progressive lenses. The entire experience felt easy, stress-free, and genuinely enjoyable, which is rare when shopping for glasses. Noah was knowledgeable, kind, and never made me feel rushed or pressured.
