I am purchasing glasses that I just got a prescription for. I have never had glasses until recently. Fortunately the optician was very very helpful, her name was Cathy and she went over all the details I needed for my two progressive lenses including measurements which was something new for me. I should have my new glasses in under 2 weeks and I am very excited!
I came in to look for a certain pair of glasses and Cathy came right up to assist me. She went above and beyond by providing measurements and recommending frames that would suit my face. Although they didn't have the exact pair I wanted, she supplied me with many similar styles to try on and I ended up finding a better one anyways! Cathy was very attentive and provided great hospitality. I would definitely come back and recommend her as a great staff member.
Liz and Kim came in clutch! I had just arrived to LAX and a screw came off my glasses causing the lens to fall off. I had to drive to Las Vegas and thanks to these ladies helping me find a new screw and fixing my glasses, I was able to safely get home. Excellent costumer service.

He helped me choose two pairs of glasses and made the entire process easy and pleasant. Kevin was very professional, friendly, and extremely patient. I asked many questions, and he took the time to answer each one carefully while guiding me to the best options for my needs. His knowledge, kindness, and attention to detail really stood out. He made me feel comfortable and confident with my purchase, and I truly appreciate the time he dedicated to helping me. It is rare to find someone who provides this level of service. Kevin went above and beyond, and because of him I had a great experience at LensCrafters. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for excellent and professional assistance.
