The person that helped me was rushing me, telling me that all the glasses looked good on me. Did not let me explore different styles, I kept wanting to try different styles and he just kept rushing me, telling me that every pair i tried or grabbed looked good. I finally said" I feel so rushed, I might come another day". supposedly they Close at 530 and it was 4pm. I had my own prescription on hand already from a different place. It was a bad experience for me!i just wanted like15 minutes maybe to pick the pair i would like to wear 🫤👎🏻 ( male, like middle eastern or something and it was on a Saturday)

I had a great experience with my eye appointment. The staff was really helpful, and their patient demeanor was excellent. The service was efficient, the exam procedures were done with utmost professionalism, and every step was explained as I went through the process. The doctor was the consummate professional, explained all medical issues with care and concern, and offered health recommendations when asked, sharing helpful solutions for my vision issues. He was very patient, with a quiet, professional demeanor. I was able to work with the staff to make my glasses selection, and my order was processed with great efficiency. Thank you, LensCrafters, for the wonderful eye care experience. I look forward to doing continued business with you and sharing my experience with friends and family.
As a former TV news anchor-reporter with 35 years of experience I am always looking to find and tell a great story. I found such a story courtesy of the Lens Crafters store in Parkway Plaza in El Cajon. Marcel was absolutely fantastic in finding out my health insurance offered vision coverage…something I was not even aware of. He just has a way about him that make you realize he really wants to help his patients….this quality enhanced by his great personality. I also want to commend this store for hiring my long-time optometrist Dr. Sean Kuhn who is amazing. John SODERMAN, former anchor-reporter KUSI-TV
I recently visited LensCrafters and had a very disappointing experience. From the moment we walked in, the customer service felt dismissive and unprofessional. It honestly seemed like we were more of an inconvenience than paying customers. We had several questions about our vision insurance and what would be covered, but the staff was not helpful at all. They avoided giving clear answers and wouldn’t provide straightforward pricing, which made the entire process frustrating and confusing. What stood out the most was the lack of attention and urgency. Employees appeared more focused on their iced coffees and snacks than assisting customers. It gave the impression that helping us was not a priority, which is unacceptable in a customer-facing business. We left feeling ignored, uninformed, and uncomfortable. A little professionalism, clear communication, and basic courtesy would have made a huge difference. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and makes improvements.
I forgot the girls name, but she was awesome. She had the same kind of glasses that I was gonna buy and she explained them all to me. She was very very nice and showed me all the features and everything but an excellent employee. I run a company with 871 employees and one of the people there showed me his glasses that he got from LensCrafters. They were awesome so I wanted the same same pair well in saying this, I went down there to get the pair at least look at them and by the time she got done telling me about them I was buying them and so I'm gonna pick them up next week. It's really awesome. Awesome. She works in the El Cajon store and please thank her for me. I'll probably see her again next week.
