Scott was so amazing. The dr was also wonderful when i started having some issues. They did everything they could do to help me. I finally was able to get into glasses that are perfect. Scott is so nice and patient. So happy with the service give as well. Thank you Scott!
Going into my first appointment with Lens Crafters, I was met by the sweetest lady at the desk who helped me sort out my insurance. The doctor was incredible. He took the time to show me visuals of my eyes and suggested options for contacts that would be best for me and my lifestyle. Now, where I want to brag is on Roberta! Roberta was the staff member who was helping me at the end of my appointment with ordering my contacts and glasses. She took the time out of her day to help me pick the best option of glasses for me. She did not once complain about my indecisiveness, gave me honest feedback about each option I grabbed, grabbed options herself that she thought would compliment my features, and did it with a smile. She was so welcoming and so sweet. Thank you Roberta for such an amazing visit and making me feel confident in my final decision! You are awesome!
I had the best experience with Roberta at the Athens, GA location. She fixed my sunglasses in no time at no charge and was extremely pleasant. I will definitely go back to that store. And by the way everyone said hello when I entered and wished me well when I left. AWESOME!!!!
I dropped my glasses this morning and my lens popped out. I had to drive to work but at lunch I stopped into my local LensCrafters in Athens and Amanda helped me out with getting my lens back into my glasses. Eric was wonderful and Roberta was fantastic. Just wanted to leave a little Google review to let you guys know if you’re ever in this area please come by and see them in the Athens Promenade THEY ARE GREAT!!
Doctor was very thorough and the opticians were very nice! Great selection of eye glasses. I spent way more than I wanted, but can you put a price on seeing clearly???
