Wish I could rate them zero stars. Beware before you go- even if you've had contacts for years, you'll have to get a trial pair and come back in a week before they'll actually give you your prescription. The problem is, they're so under stocked that they won't have your prescription in, so you'll have to wait literally weeks to even get the trial pair. Every other LensCrafters has gotten in the contacts in two days. I can see why nobody goes here. Try the one on the northwest side- worth the drive!

I have called these guys several times about ordering contacts and no one answers. I finally got ahold of a person just for them to say they will call me back in a hour here it is a week later still no call back. They are not professional at all will not buy from them again
