Ria was wonderful! She made the process of shopping for new eye glasses so easy from start to finish. It was an stress-free experience. I was able to get in and out of the store so I could go about my day.

The doctor was friendly and explained everything thoroughly. I appreciated her kind candor. The staff were kind and welcoming as well. Chantel was a whole vibe. She listened to what I wanted and gave her honest opinion when helping me select frames that fit my face. The feedback was refreshing and it was a fun interaction overall.

The store manager, Ria, took excellent care of both my daughter and I from the moment we entered the store. We were greeted warmly and assisted with professionalism, kindness and helpfulness. We left the store feeling valued and happy with our purchases, two pairs of glasses for each of us! Excellent experience from start to finish!

I didn’t go in expecting to buy a pair but Ria new exactly what I would have wanted and was SOLD from the very first try on. I recently came in for an eye exam and I had a wonderful experience. Eye exam itself was great- doctor was very detailed and explained everything to me as well as really taking the time to listen to all of my concerns. After that, I went to look at the eyeglasses and had a great experience with Alexandra. She helped me look for glasses and gave me some great advice. She was very knowledgeable and took the time to understand my concerns with eyewear. So far I have been back a few times, I purchased two more pairs with her.
