Lenscrafters

We had an amazing experience thanks to Maria. She was incredibly kind, patient, and professional from the moment we arrived. She took the time to help us try different frames, gave honest recommendations, and made the whole process very easy and enjoyable. Her customer service was truly outstanding and you can tell she really cares about helping people find what looks best on them, not just making a sale. We really appreciate her help and will definitely come back because of her. Thank you, Maria, for such wonderful service!

Maria at LensCrafters was great. She helped me and my wife pick out two pairs of glasses and was very kind. She answered all our questions and gave helpful recommendations without rushing us. Really good experience overall.

I had such a great experience at LensCrafters! Len helped me schedule and complete my eye exam and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. They took the time to make sure everything was done thoroughly and helped me get the best outcome possible for my new glasses. Maria was also amazing! she guided me through the entire transaction and made sure I understood all my options. She was patient, friendly, and very professional. I’m really happy with my new glasses and truly appreciate the excellent customer service. Highly recommend!

I came in the other day to purchase new glasses and was assisted by Maria. She was incredibly helpful and patient, especially as I was unsure about my decision at the time. I ended up returning the next day to complete my purchase, and I truly appreciate the excellent service she provided throughout the process. I can’t wait until they’re ready for pick up :)
