I had an exceptional experience at LensCrafters! From the moment I stepped into the store, Ann provided outstanding customer service. She was warm, welcoming, attentive, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire experience. Julia also provided great service and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Her professionalism, patience, and genuine willingness to help truly stood out. It’s not often that you receive this level of exceptional customer service from start to finish. Ann and Julia are a true reflection of what great customer service should look like. Thank you both for making my experience so pleasant! CJ was so helpful! I came in with two pairs of sunglasses that needed to reconnect one arm each. He had to find the correct screws, which took some time, and worked on them very carefully. I have fixed sunglasses! And it was no charge! Thank you!

I recently had an eye exam with Dr. Patel at BayVision and got my glasses made at LensCrafters. After wearing the first pair for over a week, my vision was still blurry. I went back to Dr. Patel, and she took the time to carefully recheck my prescription and got it exactly right. LensCrafters was also great—no hassle at all replacing the lenses once the updated prescription was ready. Now with the new glasses, my vision is perfect. Really appreciate the professionalism and care from both Dr. Patel and the LensCrafters team for making sure everything was done right! -Antony

When you go to Lenscrafters in Tyrone mall, ask for Wendy. She is the best. She's very honest about which glasses fit my face. She explains why I shouldn't get certain glasses because I have a small face. I have gone to Wendy for years. Thank you Wendy for helping me. Sheri Shedrick
