I had such an amazing experience today at LensCrafters thanks to the sweetest associate ever, Diana. From the moment I walked in, she greeted me right away and made me feel so welcomed and comfortable. She was genuinely kind, patient, and easy to talk to. I honestly wasn’t even planning on buying sunglasses, but because of how helpful and comfortable she made the experience, I ended up leaving with a pair I love. Customer service like that really stands out nowadays. Thank you again Diana, I’ll be back soon!

My sister & I left here so happy. Our eye exams were explained thoroughly & the Dr & her staff were friendly & professional to the nth degree. The super star of our visits was Diana. She greeted us immediately. Was friendly, professional, funny, and made us both feel at ease right away. She explained everything, helped us pick frames and lens that worked best for us, and made sure we used the discounts that saved us the most. Even suggested we put reminders in our phones to get our glasses checked while under warranty. She's just the best and I wish all my retail interactions were this positive.

I had a lovely time (funny enough) at this Lens Crafters. From the Dr.’s office and staff in the back through purchase up front, everyone was helpful, listened, and brought a light, airy personality to the process! I was just going to get lenses, but the woman who helped me on the retail side did the math to explain how I could fully utilize my insurance benefits and the BOGO50% to get 2 pair of glasses for the price of lenses for my old glasses. She was super patient and helped me for an hour to pick out two pairs of new glasses. I was going to take my prescription elsewhere to get another cheap pair- but with the help and hilarious time we had picking out new glasses that I actually love, I got 2 pairs and my old lenses replaced. Relieved that I am done with the glasses thing- Also, pro tip for buying prescription sunglasses: Removing polarization can reduce over 50% of the cost!

Alexis and Michele were so kind and helpful! My boyfriend bought some glasses online and when he put them on I immediately saw how crooked they were… stopped in here to see if they could help reshape/bend them. They took their time and made sure he walked out with them even. Even checked mine and cleaned them for us. Super knowledgeable and know what they are doing! I’m so grateful they were willing to help us out and they truly went above and beyond. Even after we left, we later brought up multiple times how kind they treated us today.

Wow, where do I start! I had my eyes examined by Dr. Linda, and she was AMAZING! She made the experience fun, quick, and easy. Then, as I browsed the glasses, several staff members approached to offer assistance, but Diana truly went above and beyond in helping me make my decision. She informed me on how to read the sizes and made sure I was confident in my choice. I also visited another eyewear store (which I won't name), and honestly, they set me up for failure. Luckily, Diana corrected those mistakes and ensured that I walked out feeling confident about my decision, with a perfect fit. A big thank you to all the staff here, but especially to the two women who made my day!
