Lenscrafters

I had a great experience at LensCrafters! Annette went out of her way to help me pick out the perfect pair of glasses and made sure they fit well and looked good on me. She and the rest of the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and funny, which made the whole experience enjoyable. I really appreciate all of their help and would definitely recommend this location!

The service at this LensCrafters was great. From the time I walked in Gerry greeted me and he was very friendly and helpful. Karen assisted me with picking out my glasses and helping through the entire process. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I truly appreciate how helpful she was. I will definitely be back.

The staff is wonderful but I have to bring focus to The young lady that did my daughters pre test and I believe her name is Liz but she was patient with my daughter. My daughter was scared of the machines and Liz had me do the machines first so that My daughter saw that there was nothing to worry about. She also made the puff machine a game and my daughter did great my daughter later then said that she is ready to take her eye exam again next year and hopefully Liz will be there to do it for her again and not to say that the other associates were not great they were but I think the encounter made everything else a lot easier and now she’s happy with her pink little glasses.

Excellent service, staff is very friendly, on my recent visit Annette helped all my family. She’s helpful and knowledgeable. My family has been coming here for a few years now and it great to consistency If you need an eye check or glasses this is where you want to come.

This lens crafters is hands down my favorite place to get my eye exams done and to pick out my glasses. The selection is incredible and the quality is even better! What I love the most is that their customer service is always top notch. They ALWAYS make you feel like family and have a way of making each visit special. Special shout out to April, she always goes above and beyond everytime she assists me. They are all incredibly friendly and helpful here. The manager is so kind and genuine, so I understand why the rest of the staff is as well! You will always be greeted with smiles.
