She examined me and my two children, and we were all impressed by her professionalism, patience, and genuine care. Dr. Zhang took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of our questions, and made my children feel comfortable throughout their exams. The entire staff was friendly, efficient, and welcoming, making the visit smooth from check-in to checkout. It's refreshing to find an optometrist who provides such thorough, personalized care for both adults and children. We highly recommend Dr. Bei Zhang and will definitely return for our future eye care needs.

I recently had the pleasure of having my reading glasses repaired, and I must say, the experience was exceptionally positive. A courteous young gentleman, who also wore glasses, assisted me in creating a repair order. The staff demonstrated remarkable politeness and helpfulness throughout the process. The following day, upon my return to collect my glasses, Mr. Emad promptly assisted me and presented me with my newly repaired eyewear. The customer service provided by the store staff was truly outstanding.

T’Paul was wonderful to work with, very knowledgeable about the frames. She went above and beyond to make sure that I was able to get the right frames and discounts.
