​I had an incredible experience at the LensCrafters on North Point Parkway thanks to Catalina! She was truly amazing to work with. She took the time to style me, finding frames that perfectly complemented my face shape and skin tone. We went through almost every pair of tortoise shell frames in the store until we narrowed it down. I ended up choosing a gorgeous pair of Miu Miu frames. I loved how honest and helpful Catalina was with her feedback while still making sure I chose the pair I felt best in. Pickup today was seamless, and the glasses turned out excellent. Top-notch customer service, a fantastic frame selection, and an all-around great experience. I’ll definitely be back!

Great customer service!!! Brittany was amazing, knowledgeable, very nice, courteous and helpful. She found i had an eyemed coupon in my insurance plan which was huge savings. I would highly recommend her customer service at this Lenscrafters store location

I would give 0 stars if I could! I explained over the phone I have been having a hard time in life. Funerals, hospitals, I myself was in the emergency room and hospital for 7 days!!! All I needed them to do was give me a 7 day sample of my old prescription to hold me over til the appointment, and they said they couldn’t do it. It’s not that you can’t do it, you WON’T. Because you are not good people. You didn’t even care about my story and you were so mean to me over the phone. -5 stars. -10 stars even. Thanks for nothing, Atlanta Eye Group. You lost a loyal customer. I got my first pair of glasses from you guys when I was 11 years old. My entire family will also be switching Optometrists because of this. You are not good people. I came into LensCrafters North Point to get my very first pair of prescription glasses — a little nervous and not knowing what to expect — and Dean and Monique made the whole experience so easy and enjoyable. Dean walked me through my lens options and helped me understand everything about my prescription without making me feel rushed or overwhelmed. Monique had an incredible eye for frames and helped me find a pair that I actually love. Together they made a process I was dreading feel completely stress-free. If you're a first-timer, ask for these two — you won't be disappointed!

Dr Patel kept the exam filled with laughter and knowledge! The staff was warm, inviting and helpful. Catalina and the other female associate (I’m sorry I didn’t get her name) were so attentive. She helped us picked the perfect pair of glasses for my daughter!
