Lenscrafters

Melanie was amazing!!! She spent time helping me pick out my first pair of glasses. She knew what would look good on me and gave good feedback in the selection process. She made sure I understood all the choices. I thought my insurance wasn't going to cover, but she figured out that it would, so I decided to get a pair of prescription sunglasses, too, and she helped me pick those out as well. I'll definitely come back for my next pair! Thank you, Melanie!

What a great experience! Melanie McVey is the best! Helpful from the moment I walked in. I will be coming to Melanie with all my families needs for glasses, contact lenses and adjustment needs. She went above and beyond futons with taking care of us. Thank you!

The staff were SO helpful and friendly and positive and capable. Consistent positive acknowledgement from everyone, which after a long day really, really helped improve the mood of my 11 year old (and me). He was nervous about getting glasses and everybody was very kind and there was consistent positive reaffirmation that was genuine, not fake, and really just made both me and my son feel like a million bucks. Thank you!

Ashley was wonderful. I came into this location with broken glasses, and she not only adjusted them but also fixed them for me free of charge. She was kind and professional and clearly cared about helping. It is rare to receive service that feels both helpful and generous, and Ashley made the whole experience easy and pleasant. Great customer service, and I really appreciate her help. Highly recommend this location.

My family has been going to this Lens Crafters for about 15 years. They are the absolute best! Dr. Hand is so thorough and kind. Melanie and Ashley have exceptional customer service skills. They give you honest opinions on frames and maximize your benefits. I would highly recommend Park Ridge Lens Crafters.
