As always, I had a great experience at Lens Crafters. Billy was terrific helping me choose my new frames. He made sure the fit was right and sent me on my way telling me my new glasses would be ready in about 10 days. I was pleasantly surprised to get a text just 4 days later that they were ready for pickup. Glasses fit perfectly with no adjustment! And the doctor and staff at Webb Associates in the same building were pretty great, too!

I had a wonderful experience at my appointment today! The staff were all great! Billy did an amazing job explaining all of my options and making me feel comfortable picking out my glasses and finding a pair that I know I’ll feel comfortable wearing and that look great as well! 100% recommend this office!

I went in today for an eye exam and a new pair of glasses. The whole process was super easy, and everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful. I really appreciated how knowledgeable the staff is and how quickly they answer any questions. This is my second time shopping at LensCrafters, and thanks to people like Billy, I’m now a lifetime customer.

People were not friendly. They ordered the wrong frames i ordered black titanium not the pink cat eye glasses that they wrongly made and tried to make me take them anyway. I paid with cash so I now have to wait 2 weeks to receive my money back. They are overpriced also. $517.00 with insurance for a single pair of glasses. I will never go back.
