I had a fantastic experience at LensCrafters! The team was friendly, professional, and truly exceeded my expectations. The store manager was especially attentive, took the time to address all of my concerns, and made me feel like a valued customer. If you’re looking for outstanding customer service and a great experience, I highly recommend visiting LensCrafters. I’ll definitely be referring my family and friends and will be back again!

Highest points to this location. Everyone there is incredibly kind, helpful and knowledgeable. From the optometrists to the docs to the sales folks, it runs like a well-oiled machine. They make the whole process of eye-exam/glasses/contacts so smooth. Please give them all a raise!

I want to give a shout-out to Toia at LensCrafters for outstanding work and true craftsmanship. She fitted new lenses into a pair of frames — and handled them with incredible care and skill. The frames held up beautifully, the lenses look great, and the attention to detail really showed. You can tell she knows her craft and takes pride in doing things the right way. Customer-facing work like this often goes unnoticed, but it shouldn’t. Toia absolutely lives up to the LensCrafters standard of caring for your vision, and I hope her great work is recognized by her leadership. An eyewear specialist who really knows how to bring things into focus. 😁

Matt and Gabby are wonderful! I brought in my pair of meta glasses that had a missing screw. They were able to fix it up for me right away. Great customer service, but above all, great people!

My wife Kiarra and I had an outstanding experience at the LensCrafters location in the St. Louis Galleria, and I can honestly say the customer service we received is the reason we'll be returning in the future. I worked with Adam when purchasing my Oakley Centerboard glasses, and from the moment we started talking, his personality, professionalism, and laid-back approach made the entire process enjoyable. As someone who hadn't worn glasses since I was around 10 years old, I had plenty of questions and a lot of uncertainty about frames, lenses, fit, and what would work best for me. Adam knocked it out of the park. He took the time to explain frame fit, lens options, and how different choices would affect my overall experience. At no point did I feel pressured or rushed. In fact, I had to be one of the easiest sales he's ever had because of how comfortable and confident he made me feel throughout the process. What impressed me most was that Adam stayed after his shift should have ended just to continue helping me and make sure I got exactly what I needed. That level of dedication does not go unnoticed, and it's something that's becoming increasingly rare these days. What really stood out, however, was the atmosphere of the entire store. Adam and the rest of the staff welcomed my wife and me like we were part of the family. It didn't feel like we were just customers walking into a retail store. It felt like everyone genuinely wanted us to have a great experience and leave happy with what we purchased. A special shoutout also goes to Toia. About an hour before closing, Toia helped my wife Kiarra select her frames and lenses, and she absolutely loved the experience. Then, with about 30 minutes until closing, Toia helped me explore prescription sunglasses as a second pair. I ended up deciding that I wanted the Ray-Ban sunglasses but, being the indecisive person that I am, I chose to come back the following day before making the purchase. What happened next told me everything I needed to know about the team at this store. When I returned the next day, the associate assisting me made sure that Toia still received credit for the sale, even though she wasn't the one completing the transaction. That kind of teamwork, integrity, and respect among coworkers says a lot about the culture that has been built at this LensCrafters location. At the end of the day, buying glasses is an investment. You want to feel confident in what you're spending your money on. You want to feel comfortable asking questions. You want to feel like the people helping you genuinely care about finding the right solution for you. The staff at the St. Louis Galleria LensCrafters did exactly that and then some. Adam, Toia, and the entire team deserve recognition for the level of service they provide. If every retail experience was like this one, shopping would be a lot more enjoyable. 5 out of 5 stars. And seriously... please give everyone a raise. This level of customer service is something most companies can only dream of. 👏👓⭐
