This was my first time at this LensCrafters location & Dagmar assisted me. She was the best. She was very kind, helpful, attentive, and patient. I am so glad she is the one who helped me because I am usually a very indecisive person, and she knew exactly how to help me pick the perfect pair of eyewear. You can tell she really knows what she is doing and loves what she does. She went above & beyond and I am confident I left more than happy with my purchase and experience. Thank you Dagmar!

I Went in for a repair on my son glasses because his lenses had fallen outb. And the ladies there were so nice and friendly. I was Very comfortable asking question . They answer my question and resolved my son problem . Ashley was the sweetest.

I was greeted as soon as I walked in the store. Ashley F. assisted me with my inquiries. I initially went in to get a price quote on a second pair of glasses, specifically Meta AI glasses. Ashley assisted me in looking at different options. She shared her own personal experience with them, highlighting the positives she had experienced using her own pair. After our discussion I was sold, she took my measurements and saved it in the system. I returned a few days later to have her place the order. I haven't received my pair yet, but I'm truly excited after the experience I had at this store. I will definitely consider LensCrafters on Craig for my future optical needs.
