I am thrilled with my experience it was beyond efficient, easy, quick and lovely. The technician Daniel was so respectful and helpful and had me in and out with my new prescription and a smile putting me at ease. The same goes for Ruharo who helped me pick the perfect pair of glasses for my price range and explained everything to me very thoroughly and kindly. I cannot recommend this office enough to anyone seeking an excellent eye doctor and care team.

Really nice LC location. I broke my glasses and had to take them in. Matthew helped me and he was able to fix them right away. I thought I had to leave them for repair, but he went out of his way to fix them right away. I highly recommend them!

The BEST experience ever! Matthew is magical! He fixed my favorite pair of sunglasses so quickly and carefully, and on a moment’s notice! Maria was so helpful, too! Thank you for such friendly and professional care!

We had been to LensCrafters before, and honestly, our past experience with the staff wasn’t very good. However, we decided to give it one more try—and this time, I was truly surprised by the exceptional quality of service. It completely changed my impression of the store. Because of this experience, I am now bringing my daughter, my husband, and my whole family—we will all become customers thanks to the attention and outstanding service provided by Maria. From start to finish, she did everything possible to meet my needs and made sure I was fully satisfied. This is now a place that, thanks to Maria, has completely changed the way I see it. Thank you!

I would just like to say that LensCrafters is very helpful to the customers. Windirose was excellent with helping me from the start. She was very pleasant and easy to work with. The only issue was one lady that I delt with before seems to be very inpatient when helping or asked questions about glasses. It seems that when you deal with her your bother her with what she's doing or not doing. Not a people person at all or at least with me. That job is dealing with customers that are asking questions about glasses so being nice from the start would be the way to go.
