The staff were friendly, I'll give them that. I did everything on my end for a fast visit: appointment confirmed by text, online forms completed ahead of time, arrived on time. I then sat for an hour past my appointment slot without being seen. The person next to me had been waiting about an hour as well, so it wasn't just me. I can't rate the actual services because I never got that far. They offered to reschedule, but I didn't want to gamble a second trip, so I cancelled altogether. To the store: honor your appointment system, or there's no point in having one. To future customers: expect a long wait no matter when you come, so pick a day where losing an hour doesn't wreck your schedule. For most people that's a weekend. I came on a weekday and it was a gamble that didn't pay off. Shame, because the online ratings looked good.

The entire process—from selecting frames to getting fitted—was smooth and stress-free. I especially want to recognize Miss Jessica for her outstanding service. She was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind. She took the time to help me find the perfect pair of glasses, making sure they fit comfortably and looked great. Her attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile really made a difference. It’s rare to come across customer service like this, and Jessica made my visit feel personal and enjoyable. I was greeted with friendliness and professionalism on both the service and retail sides on the store. The lady on the retail side knew my name before I introduced myself, which was pretty cool. Both the Doctor and the lady that helped me with my frames and lenses didn't just answer my questions, we had discussions to determine solutions that would work best for me based on my lifestyle. Glasses aren't cheap, but I was provided with different options and ultimately got the best balance of quality/affordability.
Ms. Caroline had no idea that I was having a horrible day, but as I entered LensCrafters she exuded the most pleasant energy. She was very professional, polite and most importantly patient with me. Ms. Caroline is definitely an asset to your company.
